Position: Executive Director, Independence Empowerment Center Closing: Until Filled Posted: TBD Reports to: IEC Board of Directors Organizational Overview Independence Empowerment Center (IEC) is a 501(c)3, community-based, non-residential service and advocacy organization operated by and for people with disabilities. It is one of seventeen Centers for Independent Living (CIL) in Virginia. Our service area covers Prince William and Fauquier Counties, as well as the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park.
