Board Meetings:
Board Meetings are the 4th Wednesday of odd months of the year, from 3:30-5:30pm.
They are preceded by Finance Committee meetings at 2:45.
Board Meetings in 2009 are:
January 28th, March 25th, May 27th, August 5th*, September 23rd, and November 18th**. *July’s meeting is delayed one week due to the ADA Fair. **November’s meeting is moved forward one week due to Thanksgiving.
The Board also meets on the 4th Wednesday of even months, in “Working Meetings” if there are particular tasks to be accomplished and if a meeting is called by a committee chair.
A Working Meeting for is called for the Development Committee on October 28th at 3:00 at IEC.
